The Howard County Association of REALTORS^® announces its award winners for the 2005-06 membership year. Melvina Brown of RE/MAX 100, Ellicott City, is the association's REALTOR^® of the Year. Jean Legal of Long and Foster Real Estate in Columbia is the Community Service Award winner and Bianca Smith of RE/MAX 100, Columbia office, has earned the Rookie REALTOR^® of the Year award from HCAR. She was recently acknowledged as the winner of the Rookie REALTOR^® award for the entire state by the Maryland Association of REALTORS^®.
