Outstanding Professionals Win Top Awards

Community Service Award

Adele Lurie, of Coldwell Banker Residential Services is the recipient of the 2002 Community Service Award from the Howard County Association of REALTORS^®. Adele has been active for many years in so many areas. She has been active in various Jewish charities and community organizations. But in the past several years she has become an advocate of providing school supplies for Howard County Schools.

Adele combines her ambitious volunteer schedule with continual yearly excellence in real estate. She is a member of the Master's Club as well as the Million Dollar Club.

REALTOR^® of the Year

Blaine Milner, a top producer with Re/Max Advantage, is this year's REALTOR^® of the year. A consummate leader, Blaine has served as both President of the Million Dollar Club as well as the Howard County Association of REALTORS^®.

Blaine has been an active member of the Community and has been a long time member of the Rotary Club, where he has been a hardworking member. He has served both on state and local REALTOR^® association committees.

Blaine was chosen to be part of Leadership Howard County and was a recent graduate of that program this Spring.

It would be impossible to find anyone anywhere who did not have something nice to say about Blaine.
