For Immediate Release - The Howard County Association of REALTORS^® announces its acquisition of a new office at the Twin Knolls Professional Center in Columbia, MD. HCAR President Oliver Henderson stated that "this purchase reflects the recent growth in the Association's membership and the need for more office space."

Oliver Henderson commented further that "HCAR initiated its search for a new office space during the 3rd quarter of 2006. Due to the hard work of Immediate Past President Sue Pakulla and the due diligence of the Board of Directors, we were able to find an ideal space. We are excited about the new office space; our members will benefit from this change. The new space will allow HCAR to enhance member services and accessibility."

The new office will become operational this spring and is located at 5501 Twin Knolls Road.

The Howard County Association of REALTORS^® serves nearly 2,000 members and is the Voice of Real Estate^TM in Howard County.
