County Executive Ken Ulman declares April as
Financial Literacy Month in Howard County.

A proclamation was presented by the Howard County Council, on behalf of County Executive Ken Ulman, and received by President Suzi Padgett and President-Elect Karol Hess for The Howard County Association of REALTORS^®. The proclamation took place at the April 22nd County Council Meeting, and was aired live on Cable Channel 70.
