Online Membership Dues Payment for 2009 - 2010 Renewals

PLEASE NOTE: HCAR Dues Billing is Paperless
2010 dues billing is being done completely by email and online!

The 2010 local, state and national dues are:

Howard County Association of REALTORS®   $210
Maryland Association of REALTORS®   $194
National Association of REALTORS®   $115
Voluntary RPAC Contribution     $25
Total   $544

Your annual renewal is due on November 30
but please don't wait until the last minute to pay this year's dues.
Use our fast and secure Online Dues Payment today!
It's easy.   Just follow the below steps!

Step 1: Login

  • Click here to begin the payment process.
  • Once you have clicked on the link above, a login screen will appear in your browser.
  • To login, enter your user name into the top field. Your user name is the first two characters of your first name plus your entire last name (e.g. John Smith would have a user name of josmith).
  • Enter your password into the bottom field. If you have not changed your password, it will be your NRDS Number. If you do not know your password, simply click here, or follow the login screen instruction to click here underneath the question "Forgot Your Password?"
  • Once your user name and password are correct on the login screen, click Proceed.
    Note: your browser must have cookies enabled for this to work correctly
  • You will next be taken to your online dues invoice.

Step 2: View and Print Your Dues Invoice


Your Online Dues Invoice
  • Carefully check your invoice and read the important financial information.
  • To open a printable version of your invoice, click on the Printable Version icon in the upper right corner.
  • Click Print on the printable version, and select your printer of choice. Close this window after printing.
  • After printing the invoice, click on the Pay Now button.
  • You will be taken to the REALTOR® Store online registration and secure checkout.

Step 3: Checkout and Payment
  • As pictured below, you will now be at the REALTOR® Store registration screen.
  • Your member information should be filled out for you. If it is not, fill out the required fields.
  • Enter in your credit card information.
  • Once you are sure your credit card information is correct, click Submit.
  • You should now see a confirmation screen as pictured below.
  • A receipt, also pictured below, will be emailed to you at the email address specified in the registration screen.
  • Congratulations! You have now paid your 2010 dues!


The Payment Process

 

PLEASE NOTE: HCAR is NOT sending a paper version of this dues bill to your address by mail. We are doing this year's dues billing completely by email and online, just as last year. This saves both your time and your association's payment processing and accounting time. The majority of HCAR membership took advantage of the online dues payment in RECORD time last year, and responded to the emailed dues notice very early on -- it went very smoothly, and saved time and costs.
