CREATIVE KIDS WANTED FOR POSTER CONTEST
 
HCAR is proud to announce the Maryland Association of REALTORS ® Annual Poster Contest for the 2012 Fair Housing Calendar entitled, "Fair Housing Means a Place to Call Home".
All Howard County students in grades kindergarten through 8 are invited to participate. Ask kids in public schools, private schools, home schools, churches, after-care groups, and other children's centers to participate. Three entries will be chosen from the Howard County submissions, and will be sent to MAR for the statewide contest. At the statewide contest, thirteen winners will be chosen and their posters will be displayed on the 2012 calendar!

FREE MRIS TRAINING @ HCAR

Join MRIS trainers on Thursday, March 10 for FREE hands-on Getting Started with MRIS and Keystone training classes. Getting Started with MRIS covers all the information new agents should learn about our MLS system. The Keystone class covers everything you need to know to add or edit a listing in Keystone.

HCAR Members will be preparing dinner for the 51 residents of the Howard County Grassroots Crisis Intervention Center on the 2 nd Thursday of each month.

REALTOR® EMERITUS HONOR
Have you been a REALTOR® for 40 or more years?
Anyone who has held membership in the National Association as a REALTOR®, REALTOR-ASSOCIATE®, or a combination of both, for a cumulative period of 40 years in one or more Associations of REALTORS®, is eligible for REALTOR® Emeritus status.
What are the benefits of emeritus status?
Members with emeritus status no longer need to pay dues to the National Association of REALTORS® in order to maintain their membership.
How do I submit an application?
Download and fill out this short application. Email the completed application and supporting documentation to staff@hcar.org, or fax to (410) 715-1489, by Friday, March 18, 2011. HCAR will review your form, provide the appropriate signatures, and submit it to NAR.
