On Monday, January 24th we'll get on the bus at the Meadowbrook Park-n-Ride (at the I-29 and Route 100 intersection) for Annapolis where we'll meet with other REALTORS^® from around the state and our elected officials. Immediately following the Legislative Day Program is a cocktail reception.

Meet and mingle with our legislators and send a strong message that we care about homeownership in Maryland!

2 pm		Bus leaves for Annapolis
3:30 pm		Maryland Association of REALTORS® Legislative Day @ Loews Annapolis Hotel - 126 West Street
6 - 8 pm		Cocktail Reception
9 pm		Bus arrives back at Meadowbrook Park-n-Ride

HCAR is proud to announce the Maryland Association of REALTORS^® Annual Poster Contest for the 2012 Fair Housing Calendar entitled, "Fair Housing Means a Place to Call Home".

All Howard County students in grades kindergarten through 8 are invited to participate. Ask kids in public schools, private schools, home schools, churches, after-care groups, and other children's centers to participate. Three entries will be chosen from the Howard County submissions, and will be sent to MAR for the statewide contest. At the statewide contest, thirteen winners will be chosen and their posters will be displayed on the 2012 calendar!

After midnight, January 31, 2011
HCAR members with non-paid dues
will be made inactive in HCAR, NAR and SentriLock.

A $50 late fee was added to non-paid REALTOR^® dues as of December 1, 2010.
As of January 3, 2011 a reinstatement fee of $100 is also required to restore your membership and maintain access to the SentriLock key system. As of January 31, 2011 a 2-month grace period will end and non-paid members will be made inactive.
