WHERE DO I GO FOR A LOCKBOX, SIGN RIDERS, AND OTHER REALTOR® ITEMS?
To purchase a lockbox, call the HCAR office at 410-715-1437.
For sign riders, open house supplies, and more shop HCAR's online REALTOR® Store or stop by the office to shop the retail store. We offer curbside pickup for orders placed online or ahead of time via phone.

WHAT IS RPAC?
RPAC stands for REALTOR® Political Action Committee. The REALTOR® Party is non-partisan. RPAC contributions from REALTOR® members go to elected officials and candidates that support issues important to the real estate industry. To find out more and to invest, you can visit the RPAC page.

DOES HCAR OFFER PRE-LICENSING CLASSES?
We don’t offer pre-licensing classes. Please visit the Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulations website to find a provider.

WHAT PORTION OF MY DUES ARE DEDUCTIBLE?
Compliance with the Tax Reform Act of 1993 requires that the portion of dues attributable to lobbying and political activities at the State and Federal levels of government be considered nondeductible for income tax purposes. We recommend consulting your tax accountant prior to making the deductions. RPAC investments are non-deductible.

Investments in RPAC are voluntary and are used for political purposes. You may refuse to contribute without reprisal and the National Association of REALTORS® or any of its state associations or local boards will not favor or disfavor any member because of the amount contributed.
