Jeremy Norman - Born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, Jeremy is the founder and CEO at Norman and Associates Real Estate Solutions, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia.  Before he fell in love with real estate, he attended Jacksonville State University majoring in finance. While pursuing a degree in finance he took a real estate class that would ultimately change the trajectory of his professional career. He would go on to attend The University of Alabama At Birmingham to delve into real estate full-time.

After securing a position with a prominent global real estate firm, he learned quickly that the luxury residential and commercial sector is where he thrived. Most notable, one of his early commercial sales netted over 7 million dollars and is home to a popular mega church in the heart of Birmingham. During his tenure at the mainstream firm, Jeremy consistently earned company praise and landed many top sales agent accolades. Outside of work he earned recognition as the youngest African American to be inducted into the Commercial Club and secured membership at the prestigious Institute of Luxury Home Marketing.

While financially successful in his position, Jeremy realized that the number of upper-level minority agents was disproportionate and that larger opportunities weren’t distributed equally. This widespread problem spurred Jeremy to find a solution—to create an agency that would be a home to prosperous agents that may not otherwise have access to multi-million-dollar company resources. Norman and Associated Real Estate Solutions was founded in Birmingham and has since expanded to Atlanta. The company focuses on luxury real estate sales, corporate relocation services and as a real estate concierge to sports and entertainment professionals. Notable clients are: Grammy nominated gospel artist Marvin Sapp, syndicated radio show host Rickey Smiley, and NFL player Marcell Dareus.

During the recent global health crisis, Jeremy’s work ethic propelled the company’s in-house agents, clients and sales to the next level. In 2020, Norman and Associates made history as one of the largest minority owned Real Estate firms in the southeast—with over 250 agents in Metro Atlanta and dozens of agents at the Metro Birmingham office. Recently, Jeremy was named Minority Entrepreneur of the Year and a was recognized as one of the Top 40 Under 40 entrepreneurs in his home state. His most recent live appearances include: CBS Atlanta Radio, Rolling Out Magazine, USA Network’s Making of a Mogul TV series and the syndicated Rashad Richey Morning Show.

When he is not brokering 7-figure real estate transactions you can find him having fun with the firm’s agents & staff, on the sidelines at his son Jordan’s football games or reading empowerment and business books in his home library.
