2025 HCAR Affinity Program Details

HCAR allows our members to get exclusive access to deals on a wide variety of services through our Affinity Partner Program. Our Affinity Partners will be able to offer these discounts, products and deals through our online marketing as a member benefit to both REALTOR® and Preferred Partner Members.

We want to provide more value to our REALTOR® members, with the bonus of possibly generating additional revenue and new clients for our Preferred Partner businesses.

2025 Membership Year ends: October 31, 2025

*There is no charge besides membership to become an Affinity Partner

*Applications to join the Affinity Partner Program may be submitted at any time. However, applications, changes and removals from the program are only considered on a quarterly basis.

*Affinity Partnerships are renewed automatically unless we receive written request to be removed from the program or the Association decides to remove a Preferred Partner from the program. HCAR reserves the right to remove any Affinity Partner from the Affinity Program at any time, at the sole discretion of the Association.

Affinity Partner Program Agreement

I, the representative of the company named below, hereby agree to become an Affinity Partner of the Howard County Association of REALTORS® (HCAR), and by my digital signature agree to the following:

To supply a file containing the company logo with this application, or via email in a .jpg or .png file to [email protected] by the application acceptance deadline for this quarter.
To supply a link, file, and/or description for my company's provided discount or product with this application, or via email to [email protected] by the application acceptance deadline for this quarter.
To provide the agreed upon benefit to members as described for the duration of this Affinity Partnership.

I have read and understood the details of the HCAR Affinity Partner program and I understand that applications to become an Affinity Partner will be approved in the order of receipt on a quarterly basis. I further understand that submission of this application to become an Affinity Partner does not constitute an agreement to approve the application, as all applications are subject to approval by HCAR staff.

I, if accepted as an Affinity Partner by the association, agree to indemnify and hold HCAR harmless for any liability or cost incurred resulting from participating in the HCAR Affinity Program. I understand that inclusion in promotional marketing for the Affinity program does not constitute an endorsement by HCAR.

I understand that if I do not abide by the Affinity Partner Program Agreement that I will be removed from the Affinity Program. I understand that if I wish to be removed from the Affinity Program, I must send written notification via email by the provided deadline and will be removed at the end of that promotional quarter. I further understand that if I become inactive as a Preferred Partner member of the association, I will be removed from the Affinity Partner Program.
