- Two (2) Complimentary Secondary Members (must complete application, but will not be invoiced for dues. Can be replaced mid-membership year)
- Up to seven (7) $75 Additional Members per Principal Corporate Preferred Partner (must complete application)

You may pay for your Preferred Partner membership by downloading the payment form above, attaching the completed payment information onto this form for secure submission. You may also call the HCAR Office at 410-715-1437 if you wish to submit payment over the phone after submitting your application. If you choose to pay by check, you may mail the check to HCAR Membership, 8600 Snowden River Parkway, Suite #104, Columbia, MD 21045.
If you wish to renew in the next year, you can pay online via your member portal we will create for you. Or you can also set up automatic payments through your member portal on hcar.org.
