Corporate Preferred Partner Structure:
- One (1) Principal Corporate Preferred Partner
- Two (2) Complimentary Secondary Members (must complete application, but will not be invoiced for dues. Can be replaced mid-membership year)
- Up to seven (7) $75 Additional Members per Principal Corporate Preferred Partner (must complete application)
- All Corporate Preferred Partners, Secondary, and Additional Members have all the benefits of an Individual Preferred Partner.

You may also call the HCAR Office at 410-715-1437 if you wish to submit payment over the phone after submitting your application. If you choose to pay by check, you may mail the check to HCAR Membership, 8600 Snowden River Parkway, Suite #104, Columbia, MD 21045.
If you wish to renew in the next year, you can pay online via your member portal we will create for you. Or you can also set up automatic payments through your member portal on hcar.org.

I agree to pay the established fees and dues in effect as long as I am a member of this Association. In the event that I wish to terminate my membership, I will notify HCAR in writing. I further understand that dues and fees are not refundable. (Membership in HCAR is held by individuals, not companies.)
