Columbia, MD – Sarah Rayne, Director of Operations for the Howard County Association of REALTORS® (HCAR), has earned the Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential, which is the highest designation for the association management profession.

Howard County, MD, May 2022 - Home prices in Howard County continued to increase in April as available inventory dropped 22.7 percent, according to the Howard County Association of REALTORS® (HCAR). The median sales price for homes in Howard County was $512,000, representing a decrease of two percent compared to the previous month and an increase of 2.4 percent compared to the same time last year.

Howard County, MD, April 2022 - Home sales prices in Howard county continued to rise in March as tight supply of available homes and strong demand showed no signs of letting up, according to the Howard County Association of REALTORS® (HCAR). The median sales price for homes in Howard City was $522,500, representing an increase of 20.1 percent compared to the previous month and an increase of 13.4 percent from this same time last year.
