Trade in your older SentriLock lockboxes for discounted SentriGuard® lockboxes! Mid-Atlantic Realty Services, Inc. (MARS) and SentriLock are offering a trade-in program. Upgrade your lockbox to a SentriGuard® at a 15% discount, priced at $103.77 plus sales tax. This offer is on a one-for-one basis, meaning two old boxes can be traded for 15% off two new boxes, not 30% off one.

With SentriLock going cardless on March 1, 2024, the SentriKey™ Real Estate app will be the only method for accessing lockboxes. Older boxes will remain functional and accessible through the app, but services like battery changes and ownership transfers won't be available for non-Bluetooth versions.

MARS will confirm that you own the lockboxes. You will be notified by the Howard County of REALTORS® (HCAR) when you may drop off your old boxes at HCAR and pick up and pay for your new boxes. The old boxes will be recycled.
