Columbia, Md. — [September 23, 2025] — The Howard County Association of REALTORS® (HCAR) today premiered “We Are HCAR,” the association’s first official anthem and music video, created to spotlight the REALTORS®, Preferred Partners, and community spirit that define Howard County’s real estate industry.

“‘We Are HCAR’ is more than a song—it’s our story,” said Sarah Rayne, CEO of HCAR. “It celebrates the professionalism, service, and sense of community our members bring to their clients and neighbors every day.”

The video features HCAR members and Preferred Partners and highlights the association’s core values—leadership, integrity, professionalism, collaboration, inclusivity, and community. It also nods to HCAR’s philanthropic work through HCAR Cares.

Members and the public are invited to watch the video (embedded below and available on YouTube) and help amplify the message by sharing it with #WeAreHCAR.
