At HCAR, we are dedicated to serving as the leading voice in Howard County for expanding homeownership opportunities, promoting and protecting private property rights, and advocating for thriving, diverse, and inclusive communities. Our comprehensive advocacy efforts include:

• Researching New Regulations and Bills: We analyze new regulations and bills to ensure they are relevant to real estate.
• Educating Elected Officials: We educate elected officials and their staff on the real estate industry.
• Advocating for Your Business Interests: We advocate for policies that benefit your business interests.
• Raising Funds for RPAC: We raise funds for the REALTOR® Political Action Committee (RPAC), also known as the REALTOR® Party.

HCAR and its members are part of the REALTOR® Party, a powerful alliance of REALTORS® and REALTOR® Associations working to advance public policies and candidates that build strong communities, protect property interests, and promote a vibrant business environment.
