- Researching New Regulations and Bills: We analyze new regulations and bills to ensure they are relevant to real estate.
- Educating Elected Officials: We educate elected officials and their staff on the real estate industry.
- Advocating for Your Business Interests: We advocate for policies that benefit your business interests.
- Raising Funds for RPAC: We raise funds for the REALTOR® Political Action Committee (RPAC), also known as the REALTOR® Party.
HCAR and its members are part of the REALTOR® Party, a powerful alliance of REALTORS® and REALTOR® Associations working to advance public policies and candidates that build strong communities, protect property interests, and promote a vibrant business environment.
