Program at a Glance 

• Goal: Six structured learning sessions tied to practical skills, open to all members; up to 30 can opt into the full cohort experience.

• Format: Instructor-led sessions with actionable tools, checklists, and templates.

• Investment: $25 per class for members; $75 for nonmembers.

• Completion Incentive: The first 30 REALTORS® who attend all six sessions will have their 2027 local association dues waived and be recognized at the Installation & Awards Event.

• Who It’s For: New and seasoned REALTORS® who want to strengthen financial literacy, tighten operations, and scale smart. 

Do I have to attend all six sessions?

No. You can register for individual sessions. However, only members who complete all six qualify for the 2027 local dues waiver and recognition.

Is the program limited to a certain number of participants?

Up to 30 members may join the full-series cohort; individual sessions remain open to interested members.

Are non-members allowed?

Yes. Non-members may attend individual classes at the nonmember rate.

Will there be materials I can reuse?

Yes—expect practical tools, scripts, and frameworks you can implement immediately.
