As Director of Communications & Member Engagement, Jacky is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the Association's comprehensive communications, marketing, branding, and member engagement strategies. She serves as staff liaison to HCAR's Community Outreach and DEI Committees.

 

Jacky was previously the Consumer Advocacy & Website Manager for Maryland REALTORS®, where she led member communications, consumer outreach, website management, and advocacy initiatives. She also has extensive experience collaborating with committees, volunteers, and local associations to strengthen member engagement and advance organizational priorities. Prior to Maryland REALTORS®, Jacky was a licensed REALTOR® and also held leadership and communications positions at the University of Maryland.
