As the Operations & Education Administrator, Rita is responsible for the Association's financial management and administration of the Continuing Education program and Professional Standards services. She is staff liaison to the Education and the Fair Housing Committees.

Rita began working at HCAR in August 2004 as a part-time employee, and quickly transitioned to full time. Prior to joining HCAR, she worked 31 years in the customer service arena for Verizon in various positions and retired in 2000 as a Training Instructor. She brought many of those skills with her to HCAR.

Rita was once a professional cake baker and decorator and enjoys cooking and sharing recipes. Born and reared in the South, she holds faith, family, and friends very dear.
