Agents of Change Program - Diamond Level Application

The Agents of Change Program is an HCAR designation that is to be given to those agents who go above and beyond to demonstrate their commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

The program features two levels:

Level One "Ruby" - This is for anyone who has completed the three academic certifications:
- The At Home with Diversity® (AHWD) certification course
- NAR's Fairhaven fair housing simulation
- NAR's Implicit Bias Training

Level Two "Diamond" - Those who have completed the Ruby Level, as well as 60 hours of community volunteer hours (within 1 year).

*This is an in-house HCAR designation. It is used for recognition of HCAR members who go above and beyond only and is not affiliated with the National Association of REALTORS®.*

This submission is exclusively intended for the Diamond Level. To be eligible for the Diamond Level, you must have already fulfilled the requirements for the Ruby Level.
