Clarksville, MD. (October 24, 2024) – The Howard County Association of REALTORS® (HCAR) installed its 2024-25 Board of Directors and honored its 2024 award winners during a recent special ceremony at Ten Oaks Ballroom. Jimmie Jennings, a REALTOR® with Century 21 New Millennium, was installed as President of the Association’s board by Maryland REALTOR® past president, Boyd Campbell who is also a REALTOR® with Century 21 New Millennium.
